Return policy for lashgasms.com
Does lashgasms.com offer exchanges and returns?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to the nature of our products. All sales are final, excepting the case of damaged or defective products.
If you consider a product to be damaged or defective, please email hello@lashgasms.com indicating your Name and Order Number, and including a photo of the product. You will need to notify Lashgasms within 30 days of purchase. If the product is confirmed by lashgasms.com to be damaged or defective, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order. We accept returns only from lashgams.com orders.
In case of delayed, lost, or stolen packages, a claim should be filed at USPS.com so USPS may try to locate your order as soon as possible. Please send us the claim information once a claim has been filed. When we have received results of the claim, we will proceed to process the claim.
